You can request account deletion from your Sondu profile on the web or in the mobile application.
How to request deletion

Sign in to your Sondu account.

Select your profile icon and open Profile.

Scroll to Danger Zone and select Delete account.

Review the information and confirm Delete my account.

What happens next
Three-day recovery period
Your account is deactivated immediately. Sign in again within 3 days to cancel the deletion request and restore your account.
Permanent deletion
After 3 days, your profile information, generated-track history, sign-in credentials, and unused credits are permanently removed from Sondu.
Limited records retained
De-identified payment and credit records may be retained when needed for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately
Deleting your Sondu account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel an active subscription in your store account first.
